MKB Community
We bouwen een HR-community. De bedrijven zijn actief op een platform en in fysieke intervisiegroepen. De input die uit deze intervisies komt (vragen, ideeën, wensen), verwerken we op het platform. In de community halen bedrijven kennis en tools op, delen ze ervaringen en ideeën, leren ze en werken ze samen. We bouwen voort op en haken aan bij bestaande initiatieven als de HR Special Groups van LWV en Procestechniek & Maintenance Limburg (PML).
Beoogde resultaten
- 400 bedrijven in Zuid-Limburg zijn gericht benaderd om zich aan te sluiten bij de community
- 125 bedrijven doen actief mee aan de community
- Bedrijven en medewerkers hebben meer kennis over de transitie naar de groene chemie en werken actief aan de transitie.
